eval_with_uncertainties

eval_with_uncertainties(x, model, params)[source]

Compute Y values with error propagation.

Parameters:

  • x (ndarray) – X values.

  • model (Model) – LMFIT model.

  • params (Dict[str, AffineScalarFunc]) – Fitter parameters in correlated ufloats.

Returns:

Y values with uncertainty (uarray).

Return type:

ndarray
